Qualifications

  • 8+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing federal (DOE/DOD preferred) projects.
  • Strong financial acumen and cost control experience.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and project management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams in structured, compliance-driven environments.
  • Willing to travel on a per diem basis.
  • Experience with NQA-1 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Align resources for optimal results across the division.
  • Generate and maintain correct and timely project information.
  • Develop the overall project plan and set expectations for the project team.
  • Create the preliminary project schedule and update progress as required.
  • Perform job setup for the project including contract review, cost codes, and budget development.
  • Catalog and track submittals, RFIs, PCOs, quantities, and equipment.
  • Submit all information and questions to the customer necessary for efficient execution.
  • Submit timely pay applications while keeping Accounts Receivable current.
  • Participate in the planning & measurement process.
  • Responsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project team.
  • Maintain customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project.

Responsibilities
  • Align resources for optimal results across the division
  • Generate and maintain correct and timely project information
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the contract documents
  • Develop the overall project plan and set expectations for the project team
  • Create the preliminary project schedule and update progress as required
  • Perform job setup for the project including contract review, cost codes, and budget development
  • Catalog and track submittals, RFI(s), PCO(s), quantities, and equipment
  • Perform subcontractor and supplier buyout for the project and approve invoices weekly
  • Submit all information and questions to the customer necessary for efficient execution
  • Submit timely pay applications while keeping Accounts Receivable current
  • Participate in the planning & measurement process
  • Responsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project team
  • Maintain customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project

Requirements
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program
  • Subject to a background screening process
