is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead underground wet utilities projects across the Southeast. You will supervise field crews, interpret blueprints, set grades, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are met. This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in heavy civil pipe work, proficiency with levels, lasers, and GPS for accurate layouts, plus daily planning, timekeeping, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Foreman in heavy civil underground utilities.
• Experience installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
• Strong knowledge of trench safety and OSHA practices.
• Proficient in grade checking, layout, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to report daily activities and manage time entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote the Company’s Safety Culture in field operations.
• Supervise and direct pipe crews performing water, sewer, and storm drain installation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, utility profiles, and project specifications.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities for assigned phase of work.
• Identify project risks and communicate issues or opportunities.
