Top Echelon LLC is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects from conception through completion on large-site sites in Nashville, TN. You will manage schedule, budget, safety, quality, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and inspectors.

The role requires strong knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, and rock-heavy site conditions, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Competenze

• 5+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret grading and utility plans, specifications, and geotechnical information.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and materials for earthwork and site utilities.
• Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, safety, maintenance and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong math aptitude and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead crews and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Attend client/sub meetings to understand project requirements.
• Compare budget and bid documents for alignment.
• Develop site-specific project plans.
• Inspect shop drawings, manufacturing, and installations to design intent.
• Lead subcontractors and supervision on the site.
• Obtain permits and licenses, access, etc.
• Develop and plan overall project schedule.
• Anticipate problems and be proactive in solving them.
• Understand quantity take-offs and evaluate cut/fill.
• Lead Field Supervisors on projects.
