Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting supports a growing heavy civil contractor in Nashville seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex site projects from cradle to grave. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and client coordination to deliver on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include directing field teams, reviewing drawings, obtaining permits, coordinating with subs, and ensuring quality control and compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
• Ability to read grading and utility plans, specs, and geotechnical info.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, site utilities, safety, and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend client and sub meetings to understand project requirements.
• Compare budget and bid documents for alignment.
• Develop site-specific project plans.
• Inspect shop drawings, manufacturing, and installations to design intent and contract documents.
• Lead subcontractors and supervision on the site.
• Obtain permits, licenses, access, and manage overall project execution.
