Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-profile ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $20M+ in a collaborative, employee-owned environment. You will guide preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with owners, consultants, and field teams to ensure financial performance and milestone delivery.

You have 5+ years of GC PM experience, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/Primavera P6, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration skills.
• Experience with project controls and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $20M+.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial performance.
• Oversee project schedules and drive milestone achievement.
• Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Administer contracts, change orders, procurement, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support team development.
