MPI, a leading construction firm, seeks an experienced Project Manager for ground-up projects in the Greater Boston area. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution while coordinating with field teams, owners, consultants, and subcontractors to meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety goals.

• Proven Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Extensive ground-up construction experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

• Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.
• Coordinate with field operations, owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Drive project performance on cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
