Job summary

MPI is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects across the United States. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and change orders, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong scheduling and cost-management skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Experience delivering ground-up data center, federal, and light industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost management, and contract administration.
• Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from inception through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor project performance and identify solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with all company and project requirements.
• Support project teams across multiple locations as required.
