The ideal candidate must have experience in building multi-family housing and be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Procore project management system. This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000–$140,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience building multi-family housing required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at intermediate skill level.
• Must be/become proficient in Procore project management system.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
• Responsible for project setup, management, and closeout phases.
• Acts as customer sponsor as needed.
