Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Indianapolis to lead complex ground-up and renovation projects. The candidate will own budgets, schedules, and risk, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with construction management software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation construction projects.
• Ability to develop, manage, and track project budgets and financial performance.
• Experience managing project schedules, including baseline development and updates.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scopes of work, and change order management.
• Ability to coordinate with superintendents on field execution and project logistics.
• Experience managing subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ability to lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation workflows.
• Ability to forecast project costs and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience using construction management software and project controls tools.
• Ability to manage project closeout, turnover documentation, and final accounting processes.
