Job summary

Hilbert is seeking a senior Product Manager to own a complete surface of the product, from vision to customer results. You will be embedded with customers, shaping the roadmap based on real-world needs and working with a cross-functional team across time zones to deliver data and ML infrastructure with an agent on top.

You will collaborate with software, ML/AI, and data engineers, owning metrics and trade-offs, and driving impact for B2C teams using Hilbert’s growth engine.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including zero-to-one work.
• Ability to translate customer needs into a measurable roadmap and outcomes.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end from discovery to shipped product.
• Engage with customers to uncover high-impact growth opportunities and advise on strategy.
• Prioritize requests across accounts with clear trade-offs and alignment to OKRs.
• Define and defend success metrics tied to customer KPIs and business impact.
• Collaborate daily with software, ML/AI, and data engineers to ship iteratively.
