Hilbert is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own how we present our AI growth platform to the market and to sellers. You will craft positioning and messaging, manage the case-study library, core decks, and one-pagers, and answer competitive questions.

You’ll also shape webinar content and onboarding for new sellers to accelerate their first opportunities. You are the first product marketer here, writing the materials used in deals the same week, with direct impact on win rates and revenue,

Competenze

Six or more years in product marketing for a B2B software company with a sales-led motion.
Experience owning positioning, messaging and sales enablement.
Ability to build case studies with baselines, holdout, measured lift.
Proven track record delivering sellable assets (deck, one-pagers) used in live deals.

Write positioning and messaging, the case-study library, core deck and one-pagers, competitive answers, webinar content, and seller onboarding.
Onboard and certify every new seller on the pitch, proof points and objections.
Run win and loss reviews and feed learnings into positioning, roadmap and pricing.
Keep ICP and personas current from the pipeline for targeted outbound and events.
