Job summary

Methods Machine Tools, Inc. in Sudbury, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for machines and automation, partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Sales, Service, and OEMs to launch new products smoothly and consistently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; PMP preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects with significant budgets.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, CNC machine tools, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of strategic and operational projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables using PMO methodologies.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Lead end-to-end NPI process for machines, automation, accessories, and product options.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and OEM partners to ensure successful product launches.
