DeepMind Technologies Limited is seeking a Program Manager for the Gemini API Early Access Program. You will lead end-to-end program execution, identify ideal customers, facilitate onboarding, and synthesize feedback to inform product roadmaps.

You will collaborate with research teams, product, and engineering across DeepMind, manage customer engagements, track success metrics, and help build scalable processes to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience working with technical customers.
• Experience managing technical programs, early access programs, or developer enablement initiatives.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, managing client relationships or external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Gemini API Early Access Program, driving customer identification, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with research teams, product management, and engineering across DeepMind to ensure aligned customer engagement strategies.
• Establish scalable processes and feedback channels to capture customer insights, pain points, and feature requests for product and research teams.
• Track program health and customer success metrics to continuously improve the early access experience and maximize impact.
• Work personally with customers and build a community around our early access program.
