Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience working with technical customers.
Experience managing technical programs, early access programs, or developer enablement initiatives.
Experience in a customer-facing role, managing client relationships or external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Lead and run the Gemini API Early Access Program, driving customer identification, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with research teams, product management, and engineering to align customer engagement strategies.
Establish scalable processes to capture customer insights, pain points, and feature requests for product and research teams.
Track program health and customer success metrics to improve the early access experience.
