Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage Technology USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the full execution lifecycle of complex BESS projects. You will lead internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

The role requires mentoring junior PMs, shaping delivery processes, and leveraging experience from production facilities, EPC firms, or engineering firms in the energy storage sector. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication; travel to sites as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Project; experience with Procore or similar systems.
• Experience mentoring or leading other PMs in a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full execution lifecycle of complex, high-value BESS projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, communicating project status, risks, and resolutions.
• Lead supplier and subcontractor relationships, including negotiation of scope and performance expectations.
• Ensure project activities align with company policies, contract requirements, and performance standards; hold partners accountable.
• Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators to develop their skills and judgment.
• Develop and refine project schedules and milestones across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, procurement, and logistics to resolve roadblocks.
• Drive design and continuous improvement of quality control programs and delivery processes.
• Prepare and present executive-status reports to clients and leadership.
• Oversee contract administration, including change orders and submittals; negotiate resolutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate only high-impact issues to leadership.
• Direct and coordinate teams and vendors to meet deadlines and budget.
