Job summary

CoSourcing Partners Inc. is seeking a senior Lead Project Manager to oversee a major system replacement or migration in financial, mortgage, and/or loan servicing.

You will be the client’s day-to-day representative, coordinating vendors and ensuring governance, transparency, and timely delivery across the full project lifecycle. This contract role requires mitigating risks, managing data migration, testing, UAT, and cutover activities, with leadership in go-live readiness and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Senior project management experience in large-scale financial system implementations.
• Experience replacing or migrating financial, mortgage, or loan servicing systems.
• Experience representing the client/owner and holding vendors accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Coordinate vendors, software partners, and client stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs, governance, and executive reporting.
• Oversee UAT planning, testing, and cutover readiness.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and change control.
