You will lead bid development, pricing, and client relationships while coordinating with operations and subcontractors to deliver safe, profitable results.

The role emphasizes accuracy in estimates, proactive project leadership, and a strong commitment to safety and quality on-site from pre-construction through project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in estimating or project management in demolition/environmental sectors.
• Ability to develop accurate budgets, schedules, and proposals.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid walks, site visits, and pre-bid meetings to gather information.
• Develop labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material pricing.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and RFP responses.
• Manage projects from award through closeout with safety and profitability focus.
• Coordinate with clients, operations, field personnel, and subcontractors.
