The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, executive stakeholder engagement, and disciplined risk, issue, and dependency management, with experience across life insurance/financial services.

PMP certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of project, program, transformation, or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent SDLC projects using waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience within life insurance, annuities, financial services, or a related industry.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives with integrated project plans.
• Establish governance structures and decision-making processes for transparency and accountability.
• Drive large-scale initiatives such as system implementations and business integrations.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints with mitigation plans.
• Partner with leaders and vendors to monitor commitments and readiness and performance.
