Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Enterprise Transformation to lead large, enterprise-wide initiatives from definition through benefits realization.

You will work with PMO within Transformation & Continuous Improvement to align sponsors, owners, and partners toward measurable business value. The role requires broad program management experience, strong communication, governance, and the ability to drive multi-site programs with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 10–15 years of professional project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred; other change-management credentials are a plus.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or asset-intensive environments preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects from chartering through implementation, transition, and closeout.
• Define business cases, scope, outcomes, success measures, roles, governance, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and portfolio updates.
• Manage external partners, vendors, and cross-functional delivery to ensure value realization.
