Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead on enterprise security initiatives. The role requires a proven track record in security product management and strong technical knowledge to collaborate with security architects.

You will translate customer and user needs into actionable requirements, using data to drive outcomes with a bias for action. You will drive automation and agentic optimizations, and contribute to strategic M&A integration into Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity domains, especially endpoint security, including network, cloud security, identity, and data protection.
• Proven ability to define and deliver product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience turning technical requirements into actionable roadmaps in agile/lean environments.
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including presenting to executives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence diverse teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Vision, Strategy, & Roadmap: set strategic vision with execs and roadmaps.
• Customers, Partners, & Collaborators: engage to resolve requirements and goals.
• Planning, Delivery, & Execution: collaborate with Eng/ops to deliver plans, hands-on.
• Market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
• Represent area as subject matter expert with stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; report progress to senior leadership.
