Qualifications

• 8+ years in medical industry; vascular or cardiac space preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to ramp quickly on new products and disease states.
• Proven ability to conduct opportunity assessments, market sizing, and roadmap development.
• Strong VOC research and competitive analysis experience.
• Strong analytical skills to plan and synthesize market and customer insights.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills under tight deadlines.
• Highly collaborative with a track record of executional success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercialization strategy for the Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair (EAAR) stent graft portfolio.
• Drive VOC activities and translate market needs into product opportunities.
• Interface with customers and regional partners through travel and events to understand needs.
• Partner with KOLs to anticipate future market changes and needs.
• Support clinical trials through site selection, training, and engagement.
• Develop training and marketing materials for commercial launch.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership on commercialization and integrated marketing plans.
• Manage marketing budget and project milestones.
