Job summary

Garner Health in New York City is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Employer Experience team and own both external and internal systems that support employer clients. You will manage the Garner Portal, invoicing, eligibility data, and internal applications with a strong cross-functional focus.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in product management, a technical and financial systems background, excellent communication, and a passion for applying AI to analytics and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including end-to-end ownership.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to edge cases.
• Experience owning financial or data systems at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Deep AI fluency and using AI to analyze, prototype, and automate workflows.
• Desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own Garner's external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including the Garner Portal.
• Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products for analytics across Garner.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases.
