Job summary

Wistron is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the advanced product development unit, guiding strategy from market research through product positioning and roadmaps. You will manage a cross-functional team and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electronics PM, with experience in PLM/NPI, RCA, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PM experience in electronics.
• Experience with server products is a plus.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Deep familiarity with PLM and NPI processes.
• Excellent RCA and data-driven decision-making; Kaizen/PDCA experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution for advanced product development, including market research and competitive analysis.
• Lead and manage the product development team, ensuring progress and quality control.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
