Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and Customer Product Transfer (CPPT) initiatives in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing setting. This role partners with customers, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure launches reach production smoothly and on schedule.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage strategic quotations and risk, and report progress to senior leadership, while mentoring rising PMs in your segment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of Contract Manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of NPI and CPPT processes.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing or similar complex environment.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI and CPPT programs from launch through production.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic customers and executives.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales.
• Drive program schedules, action items, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
• Manage quotations, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Track program performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and revenue.
• Identify process improvements to enhance execution and satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to Director and executives.
• Mentor and support developing PMs.
