Job summary

Wistron is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the advanced product development unit, guiding strategy from market research through product positioning and roadmaps. You will manage a cross-functional team and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electronics PM, with experience in PLM/NPI, RCA, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PM experience in electronics.
• Experience with server products is a plus.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Deep familiarity with PLM and NPI processes.
• Excellent RCA and data-driven decision-making; Kaizen/PDCA experience.

• Confirm requirements and communicate with customers, providing technical support and solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of PM experience in the electronics industry, experience with server products is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead market research, competitive analysis, business model evaluation, and product positioning; track record of defining product strategy and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Deep familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes
• Excellent root-cause analysis (RCA) and data-driven decision-making skills; experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA) to improve product quality and development efficiency.
