Job summary

Welty Energy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Transmission and Substation Project Management team. This role entails coordinating stakeholders, conducting technical reviews, and managing project schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have 10–15 years of project management experience in the Electric Utility sector. A comprehensive benefits package is included, along with a requirement of 15–20% travel.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in project management within electric utility sector.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in high voltage substations and transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project stakeholders to ensure communication is maintained.
• Act as primary client contact for projects.
• Conduct technical reviews of project documents for constructability.
• Manage project planning and status meetings.
• Provide updates on project engineering, construction, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections.
