Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Manager to join the Electric Distribution Team in Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX.

You will oversee projects improving reliability and resilience of electric distribution systems, including infrastructure upgrades and storm-hardening efforts, while guiding budgets, schedules, and client relationships. The role requires 10+ years in engineering with PM experience, a PE license or PMP preferred, and advanced knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive engineering experience with 8 years in PM.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of electric distribution project delivery including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and closeout documents.
• Lead and mentor other Project Managers and drive team growth.
• Track multiple projects, ensure quality control, and adhere to company standards.
• Interpret client contracts and manage client relationships effectively.
