Job summary

DataKind in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Remote) to own a domain's strategy and outcomes. You will set multi-quarter roadmaps, ground decisions in user evidence, and work with Education or open source product areas to deliver value to institutions, students, and funders.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Implementation teams, lead discovery, prioritize work, and mentor peers while ensuring Go-to-Market readiness and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership from discovery to launch.
• 2+ years in data infrastructure, backend or B2B SaaS with ETL, cloud storage, API design.
• Experience in the Edtech or open source space.
• SQL proficiency and Git workflows.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Turning complex multi-stakeholder requirements into clear specs.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Use metrics to drive product decisions and demonstrate impact.
