Job summary

Grindr is seeking a hybrid Product/Program Manager for its Ecosystem Health team in the US. You will own strategic programs across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Privacy to safeguard user safety and platform integrity.

The role requires coordinating executives and delivering clear milestones while balancing risks and dependencies. You will partner with engineers to resolve blockers, establish scalable processes, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management, strategy and operations, consulting, or related experience leading complex initiatives in consumer technology or marketplaces.
• Track record of driving cross-functional programs from planning through launch with clear ownership of timelines and risks.
• Technical fluency and experience partnering with engineers on architecture, sequencing, launch readiness, and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution for key initiatives within Ecosystem Health.
• Translate priorities into milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and decisions across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Experience, Legal, and Privacy.
• Partner with Engineering to identify technical dependencies, resolve blockers, manage delivery risks, and keep execution moving.
• Establish tools, processes, and systems that improve planning, accountability, decision-making, and visibility across the program.
• Provide regular executive updates that make progress, tradeoffs, risks, and required decisions easy to understand.
• Anticipate issues before they slow delivery, elevate with clear recommendations, and drive teams toward resolution.
• Define program health metrics, track outcomes, and use retrospectives to improve cross-functional collaboration.
