Job summary

Team Carney, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the NIC Curriculum Modernization, E-Learning Development, and Instructor-Led Training Revision Support for the National Institute of Corrections.

This full-time role is remote within the United States, reporting to COR and NIC educational leaders, and guiding a multidisciplinary team across course development lifecycles to deliver compliant, evidence-based training solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of project/program management experience in learning, workforce development, or instructional technology.
Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams of 5+ personnel.
Active PMP Certification required.
Hands-on proficiency with e-learning design and media software: ELB Gold Suite Studio - Lectora, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Envato Elements.
Primary government client interface experience and ability to brief COR weekly in writing.
Strong knowledge of 508 accessibility standards and instructional quality control.

Responsibilities

Lead as Key Personnel and primary POC for the Government.
Oversee planning, milestone tracking, and quality execution of multiple course development projects.
Manage 25 existing courses modernization, 13 micro-learning modules, 2 blended courses, and 1 resident instructor-led curriculum.
Present weekly milestone briefings to COR and NIC education leaders.
Ensure compliance with Section 508 and client specifications.
