Job summary

GCyber seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-profile Air Force communications program. The role oversees contract performance across three network sites and a systems integration lab, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with security, schedule, and budget requirements.

You will coordinate with Government engineers and site staff, manage deliverables, and report program status while maintaining accountability for government-furnished assets.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance and enrollment in Continuous Vetting.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• DoD 8140/8570 IA baseline certification.
• BA/BS and 10+ years of experience managing DoD IT services programs.
• 5+ years as a Program Manager or Task Order Manager on contracts of similar size and scope.
• Experience managing technical staff at multiple government installations.
• Ability to work onsite at Scott AFB, IL, 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact to the customer and hold responsibility for all contract requirements and performance across three sites.
• Supervise and oversee performance of contract and subcontract personnel.
• Manage the deliverable schedule, including monthly status reports, project status tracking, project checklists, and annual program management reviews.
• Lead recurring technical coordination meetings with Government engineers and site personnel to validate requirements, set priorities, and report project status.
• Track and report program metrics against the contract performance standards, and correct performance issues before they affect service.
• Serve as Property Custodian for Government-furnished equipment at all three sites and maintain accountability in accordance with Air Force IT asset management policy.
