GDH is seeking a senior Program Manager to oversee a complex cybersecurity contract, delivering 24/7 network, cloud, and cyber operations. You will lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity programs, manage staffing, budgets, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with federal requirements.

The role requires PMP and CISSP, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a government security clearance, with on-site work in a federal contracting environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing large cybersecurity programs or contracts.
• PMP and CISSP certifications are required.
• Eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required by federal law.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for contract performance and program objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and contract officers.
• Lead weekly and monthly program reviews to track progress and milestones.
• Manage project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate activities across subcontractors, teaming partners, and internal teams.
