Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in construction or disaster recovery.
• 5+ years leading large-scale projects and managing multiple teams.
• Demonstrated success with full P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery and manage large-scale construction.
• Oversee P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecast accuracy.
• Serve as the primary client interface and manage stakeholder relationships.
