Job summary

Endurant Disaster Recovery seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to closeout. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and serve as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, plus proven PM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other PM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
• Monitor project progress using PM software and update schedules and documentation regularly.
• Manage contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports to ensure compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; communicate with stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to review status and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
