Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC seeks a Sr. Project Manager/Digital Transformation Manager in Grand Junction, CO. You will lead project management principles, ensure safety and quality, and manage contracts, schedules, and budgets for field and office teams.

The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to drive digital transformation across programs with federal partners. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with federal construction management experience preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major projects for Legacy Management Support Service contract.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
