Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr Project Manager for Digital Health Technology (DHT) & eCOA to work remotely on a 12-month contract. The role connects clinical operations, data management, and external technology partners to ensure compliant, high-quality patient-facing digital tools throughout the trial lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in biotech/pharma or clinical trial tech, strong eCOA expertise, and experience with regulatory inspections and agile processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in biotech, pharma, or clinical trial tech.
• Experience with eCOA systems development and digital health tools.
• Experience in inspections, audits, and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational SME for digital health technologies including eCOA.
• Lead end-to-end timelines, study specs, UAT, and licenses.
• Manage vendor performance and CAPAs; drive risk mitigation.
• Oversee financials: contracts, changes, KPIs, and costs.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Align DHT processes with quality systems and regulatory guidance.
