Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Sr Project Manager, Digital Health Technology (DHT) & eCOA for a 12-month remote contract. The role bridges clinical operations, data management, clinical quality, and external technology partners, ensuring implementation quality and compliance of patient-facing digital tools.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in biotech/pharma with eCOA experience, strong vendor and risk management, and a BA/BS in Life Sciences or related field; remote W2 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in biotechnology, pharma, or clinical trial tech.
• Deep mastery of eCOA systems development.
• Experience with ICH/GCP inspections and audits.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational SME for digital health tech, including eCOA, wearables, and sensors.
• Own end-to-end study timelines and user requirements; execute UAT and license management.
• Plan and mitigate complex operational challenges from a clinical operations base.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align data flows with monitoring plans.
• Manage vendor performance and CAPAs; drive technical problem resolution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs/work instructions for DHT implementation.
