Job summary

CoreWeave is building the AI hyperscaler and internal developer experience to enable engineers to ship high-quality software quickly and safely. The DevX teams own core delivery workflows, tooling, and golden paths across CI/CD and internal platforms that power a unified developer experience.

You will work with engineering leaders to translate pain points into clear problems and deliver scalable, opinionated solutions that improve developer productivity and software delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for developer platforms or internal tooling.
• Experience owning roadmaps for internal DevX or platform products.
• Strong technical fluency with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for internal developer platforms and delivery tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to map workflows from code to production.
• Own prioritization across multiple teams and communicate tradeoffs.
• Write PRDs and design docs aligned with DevX and security.
• Measure impact with lead time, deployment frequency, and MTTR.
