Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Developer Productivity to turn data into the roadmap for our internal developer platform. You will own measurement frameworks and partner with engineering to drive AI-enabled investments across the PDLC.

You will design dashboards, run experiments, and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven H1: 5+ years PM for developer platforms, tooling, or infrastructure.
• 2+ years hands-on data science or analytics experience building data products with organizational impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
• Strong SQL and Python ability to test hypotheses and build experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision for CoreWeave's internal Agentic Engineering Platform across the PDLC.
• Design dashboards and data sources to measure developer productivity and AI impact.
• Lead experiments to inform investments in AI-enabled PDLC.
• Partner with engineering to implement data-driven guardrails and governance.
