Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Senior Product Manager for Developer Productivity to turn data into AI-driven roadmaps for the internal developer platform. You will own measurements, dashboards, and AI evaluation across the PDLC, partnering with engineering and data teams to unlock productivity gains at scale.

You will translate technical opportunities into business impact, lead with data, and influence senior stakeholders to invest in the agentic engineering platform and related tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for developer platforms.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in data science or analytics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Solid understanding of the modern PDLC, version control, CI/CD, code review, testing, and deployment.
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants and agentic developer tools.
• Proven ability to form hypotheses in ambiguous problem spaces and test them with SQL, Python, or similar.
• Turning raw data into compelling visuals, dashboards, and reports for diverse audiences.
• Data-informed sizing of opportunities and prioritizing by impact.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive solutions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to translate technical problems into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Experience with semantic modeling (Looker, Malloy, Omni) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of CoreWeave developer personas, journeys and tooling.
• Define measurement frameworks for developer productivity and AI impact.
• Identify data sources and metrics to inform AI investments in the PDLC.
• Design, implement and socialize dashboards for leadership and self-serve data access.
• Design, implement and run AI evaluations to measure effectiveness across the PDLC.
• Own the vision and strategy for the internal Agentic Engineering Platform.
• Collaborate with engineers to execute the strategy and close feedback loops.
• Work with Data Engineering, IT, Observability, Production Engineering, and Security.
• Present insights to senior leadership and secure buy-in for investments.
