Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Developer Productivity to translate data into the roadmap for the internal developer platform. You will drive dashboards, AI evaluations, and strategic investments across the PDLC, collaborating with data Eng, IT, Observability, Production Eng, and Security.

With 5+ years in product management for developer platforms and 2+ years in data analytics, you will influence senior leadership and shape the Agentic Engineering Platform strategy during

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management for developer platforms or related tech products.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in data science or analytics building data products.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of CoreWeave developer personas, journeys and tooling ecosystem.
• Define measurement frameworks for developer productivity and AI-impact.
• Identify data sources and metrics to inform AI investments in the PDLC.
• Design, implement and socialize dashboards enabling self-serve insights for leadership.
• Independently design, implement and execute AI evaluations across the PDLC.
