Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Developer Experience and AI coding tools. You will own enterprise measurement of developer productivity for 14K+ developers, defining metrics and building data products to quantify impact across the SDLC.

You will influence how Capital One measures AI tool impact and developer experience, partnering with engineering leaders to drive faster, higher quality software and reduced friction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Eng, Info Systems) or related.
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
• Experience exploring or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools
• Experience developing tools for CI/CD and DevOps
• Strong data fluency in SQL, metrics design, and data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement of how 14K+ developers write, test, and ship code at Capital One.
• Define the metrics that engineering leaders use to invest and to quantify developer productivity.
• Turn developer experience data into enterprise insights to drive faster, higher quality software.
