Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management in San Francisco to lead measurement and acceleration of how 14K+ developers write, test, and ship code. You will define enterprise metrics, build data products, and influence AI coding tool impact across the SDLC.

The role requires a data-driven leader with strong measurement methodology and experience translating strategy into digital products, across multiple domains including CODE Metrics and AI Telemetry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, OR, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, C Eng, Software Eng, Mech Eng, Info Systems or related) or Business/Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field + at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise's developer productivity measurement platform.
• Define metrics that engineering leaders use to invest and quantify developer productivity.
• Shape how the enterprise measures the impact of AI coding tools on the SDLC.
• Turn developer experience data into actionable insights to improve software delivery.
