Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead measurement and acceleration of how thousands of developers write and ship code. You will define enterprise metrics, shape AI tooling impact, and build data products that quantify developer productivity across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s in any field with 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience exploring or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics to measure developer productivity and investment impact.
• Own AI coding tools’ measurement framework and risk/utilization metrics.
