Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management for Developer Experience and AI coding tools. You will lead DX initiatives for 14K+ developers, translating telemetry into actionable enterprise insights and partnering across teams to drive innovative, scalable product solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related degree with PM experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor's in any field with at least 4 years Product Management experience.
• Strong data fluency, metrics design, and data pipelines.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products.
• Experience with AI automation tools and DevOps/CI-CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise developer productivity metrics and measurement framework.
• Own AI telemetry and risk/impact assessment across SDLC.
• Lead DX research covering 14K+ developers and telemetry insights.
• Partner with engineers and leaders to drive scalable product solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Capital One's product framework across disciplines.
