Job summary

Capital One invites a Senior Manager, Product Management - Developer Experience to lead and scale our internal developer tools and workflows. You’ll collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams to build self-service capabilities for deployment pipelines, while measuring impact and driving high-quality outcomes.

You’ll translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, coach cross-functional teams, and champion metrics that demonstrate business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products
• Experience leading DevOps Product Management teams
• Experience leading product for large-scale enterprise platforms
• Experience leading risk management for enterprise platforms
• Experience exploring AI automation tools such as Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Google Apps Script

Responsibilities

• Engaging stakeholders (Engineers, SDLC, Architecture, Risk, Cyber) to voice customer needs and define features
• Understand technical language to articulate requirements to engineers
• Drive the product management practice and set expectations
• Operationalize product metrics and build business cases for investment
• Influence senior stakeholders to adopt products and demonstrate outcomes
