Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver complex projects with agile and hybrid teams in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage stakeholders, and ensure governance and transparency across vendors and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and Scrum/Hybrid practices, with a focus on delivering high-value business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 7 years of medium to large-scale project experience in a project management or similar role.
At least 7 to 10 years of strong experience with project or program planning, resource planning, work plan development, and project management processes.

Responsibilities

Define project scope and schedule with focus on regular value delivery; lead status and working meetings; prepare progress reports; manage risks and issues.
Support Product Owner in managing customer expectations and stakeholder communications.
Keep stakeholders informed, resolve issues, and maintain project documentation.
Promote empowerment of the team and remove roadblocks; optimize resource use across projects.
Monitor vendor performance and drive delivery against contracts.
