Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 7+ years of medium to large-scale project experience in a project management or similar role.
• 7–10 years of strong experience with project or program planning, resource planning, work plan development, and project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead status meetings; prepare reports; manage risks and issues.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, and optimize resource use across projects.
• Support the Product Owner in stakeholder communications and project governance.
• Maintain clear project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders using PM tools.
• Drive vendor performance and ensure contractors meet contract deliverables.
