Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large engineering projects for multiple clients and partners in the data center sector. You will oversee project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety from initiation through closeout, working with a diverse team to deliver results.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, team leadership, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the data center industry.
• Contract negotiation experience including terms, pricing and payment terms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster collaboration and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all PM phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closeout.
• Direct project teams and coordinate with clients and partners to meet objectives.
• Identify risks, manage changes to scope, cost, schedule, quality and safety.
