Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience building projects in commercial, hospitality, hotel, sports arenas, and healthcare is a plus.
• Direct responsibility for leading and developing staff.
• Highly organized and client-focused with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate and resolve purchasing challenges during pre-construction.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule with the Project Superintendent.
• Thoroughly complete financial data to identify potential issues affecting financial performance.
• Develop relationships to reinforce world-class customer service with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
